Harbor Breeze Cruises has provided public whale watching cruises in Los Angeles, whale watching cruises in Long Beach, whale watching cruises in Santa Monica waters, and whale watching cruises in Newport Beach waters for the past 18 years. Our experienced crew along with educators from the Aquarium of the Pacific will guide you through the journey as we search for breathtaking marine mammals including whales and dolphins. All of our vessels including our state-of-the-art catamarans; La Espada, Triumphant, and Christopher are all eco-friendly and are low-emission.

Typically from November through April

Gray Whale Season

Our knowledgeable staff will offer information about the characteristics of the Pacific Gray Whale and its annual migration from the Bering Sea in Alaska to Scammon’s Lagoon in Baja California, Mexico.

Typically from May through November

Blue Whale Season

You can expect to be educated on the Blue Whales’ characteristics, and other interesting facts.

Throughout the Year You May Also See

Fin, Humpback, Minke, and Killer Whales. Other wildlife frequently spotted are Dolphins including Common, Bottlenose, Risso’s, and Pacific White Sided.
